Nintendo Direct at E3 2014

A Mii Fighter has been revealed to be included in Super Smash Bros for Wii U and 3DS. Each Mii can be outfitted with different weapons like Swordsfighters, Brawlers, and Gunners have arm cannons. It will give the Mii’s 36 special moves. This will also give you the ability to make anyone in Super Smash Bros for the Wii U and 3DS. 

Super Smash Bros for 3DS comes out in October and the Wii U version is still reserved for this “Holiday.”

amiibo is announced for Wii U. The Wii U Gamepad will recognize an amiibo and bring it into the game. Super Smash Bros for the Wii U will be the first game to recognize the amiibo. Nintendo is working including amiibo support in Super Mario Kart 8 as well. This will be coming in the future.

Yoshi’s Wooly World is announced for the Wii U. This is a 2D Action platformer and doesn’t have any time limits. There will be a two player mode on the screen at the same time. This is a game being made to put a smile on your face. Sadly, it isn’t coming until 2015.

Captain Toad Treasure Tracker is coming Holiday 2015 and is shown for the first time. It looks like an interesting puzzle title.

Next up is a brand new Zelda title for the Wii U that will allow you to enter any area from anywhere. The next incarnation of Zelda, for Wii U, comes in 2015.

Pokemon is up next and we are getting a taste of what the remake will be like on the 3DS. 

Bayonetta 2 is the next title and it will come with a remake of the original Bayonetta. It is coming in October of 2014.

Hyrule Warriors is now on screen and the developers are talking about how nervous they were working with Zelda characters. Giant bosses will appear and you will have to figure out how to beat them. There is also a two player mode. One player will be on the Gamepad and the other will be on the TV. It is not a split screen experience.

Besides Link, Princess Zelda, Impa, Twilight Princess, and more. This is the first time you can play as other Zelda characters in the universe. This has the essence of Zelda and the essence of Dynasty Warriors. It is coming September 26. Cannot wait for Hyrule Warriors.

Kirby now takes center stage for the Wii U in Kirby and the Rainbow Curse. This is a Wii U title coming in 2015.

Xenoblade Chronicles is coming to the Wii U in 2015.

Mario Maker allows you to create your own 8 bit or 16 bit Mario game. This is coming in 2015.

Splatoon is an 8 player, 4 on 4, online action game. You blast the game world with ink. You can run and jump through your own ink but get stuck and move slow in enemy ink. The Gamepad will show you where ink is in real time. Splatoon is coming in 2015.
