We begin with some sad news. Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, the last game in the Nathan Drake series of adventures, was originally scheduled to release in the Fall of 2015. Realizing this release date was just not possible to put the amount of polish they wanted on the game, they are pushing the release date back to Spring 2016. This is the first high-profile game to be pushed out of the 2015 entirely. We probably haven’t seen the last of games missing 2015.

Google today released the updated version of the Chromebook Pixel. Just like the new MacBook, from Apple, the Pixel uses USB Type C. This new port allows for charging, high speed data, and display out all in one connector and cable. About the size of micro SD, Google plans on using the port for not only Chromebooks, but also Android phones. The neat thing about this is it is a standard across the industry and we might even see Apple adopt it for their entire lineup–including iPhone and iPad.

But enough on that, lets go back to the Chromebook Pixel. The device is shipping today and runs $999 or $1299 depending on the configuration. The Chromebook Pixel starts with a 13-inch touchscreen with a resolution of 2560 x 1700 and an aspect ratio of 3:2, an Intel Core i5 Broadwell processor, 8GB of RAM, and 32GB of storage space.  It also will charge up to two hours of battery life in 15 minutes and fully charge in 90 minutes. The question is, does anyone need a Chromebook with this many specs and horsepower when most units are 2 GB of RAM and slow processors?

Mad Catz has announced that they will create a new generation of Street Fighter V controllers for the PlayStation 4 to be available in time of the launch of the game. The new controllers coming include FightSticks, Tournament Edition FightSticks and FightPad controllers. No word on pricing but for fighting fans, this will be the best way to play the upcoming Street Fighter title.
