N3: Nightly News Narration – Windows 10, Death of IE, Warhammer, & More

In addition, Windows 10 will see the death of the hated Internet Explorer. This is the web browser that Microsoft has used since they first created a web browser for modern computers. The successor, codenamed Project Spartan, will get a new name before the final release of Windows 10. All hail the death of IE!!!
The awesome Rodeo Games who have made some great mobile titles are at it again. This time, they are using the Unreal Engine 4 to bring their latest Warhammer Quest title: Deathwatch: Tyranid Invasion, to life.
“We were very impressed when we first started working with UE4,” says Rodeo tech director Richard Brooks. “Almost all the features of the engine could be used on the mobile version. UE4 has very advanced graphics technology for many top-end platforms, but it has also made a lot of these features available for mobile. We have made the decision to use the full power of their state-of-the-art graphics engine in our game and a big challenge has been getting that to work on mobile the way we want it to.”
Rodeo Games is focussing on the iOS release of Deathwatch first before they consider bringing it to PC, Mac, or Android. The game is a premium title and will release this summer for iPad 4, iPad Mini 2, iPhone 5/5C, and iPod Touch 5.
Lego Jurassic World has a new trailer to show off what to expect in the title coming out in June for PC, PS3, PS4, PS Vita, Wii U, 3DS, Xbox 360, and Xbox One. You can see the trailer below:
Are you ready for some football? How about some football without the need to play Madden? If so, Joe Montana is coming to a screen near you in Joe Montana Football 16. The title is being developed using the Unreal Engine 4. We know this because Joe himself said: “It just got Unreal #joemontanafootball16”.
Since Electronic Arts owns the exclusive licensing for NFL Teams and Players, this game will have to feature generic teams and made up players. But hey, if you want football that isn’t EA or Madden, we may soon get our wish!
Gamers are excited to play the new Final Fantasy XV but not real keen on the idea of buying a $60 game to play it. Instead of shelling out for Final Fantasy Type-0 HD, they are instead buying the download voucher for Final Fantasy XV on eBay for around $28 to $35. If you ask me, it is a much better deal to just buy the game, play it, and then trade it back to Gamestop instead of going through the hassle of buying a code off eBay.
