Well, it is that time of year again.  It is time for the big Triple E–it is time for E3 2015! Known fully as the Electronic Entertainment Expo, this is where gamers, press, and industry people are greeted to the brightest and best games in the industry, new hardware, and of course a few surprises. This is the Super Bowl of the video game industry.  This year many questions exist.  Will there be any games coming out in 2015 to excite gamers on new, shiny hardware like the Xbox One and PlayStation 4?  Can Sony continue their dominance of the industry with their PS4?  Will Microsoft be able to overcome the mistakes they made, in the past few years, to catch up to Sony?  Can Nintendo do anything to remain relevant in an industry powered by consoles more powerful?

Last year, we saw E3 be dominated by The Witcher 3.  Our review of this title is coming soon but let me give you a spoiler: It is going to be very tough for any game to come out this year and be better than The Witcher 3. Sadly, last year, at E3, was also about delays and we have already seen this trend continue this year as well.  Were the new Xbox One and PlayStation 4 consoles released a year too soon?  We hope to see games with 2015 release dates this year during E3.

During E3 2015, we will see Bethesda host their very first Press Conference.  Taking place on Sunday, they will have the day to themselves to show off Fallout 4, Doom 3, and some rumored surprises like Prey 2 or Dishonored 2. Microsoft will try to steal the show on Monday morning with their Xbox Media Briefing before Sony tries to continue their PS4 momentum with their own briefing on Monday evening.  EA and Ubisoft will round out the Tuesday Press Conferences before we have a Nintendo Direct on Tuesday morning.

We are looking forward to a great show this year. Be sure to check out our coverage during E3 and our Post-E3 coverage after the show. We will also have plenty of audio interviews up on Parents Press Play and I will link to those as well.
